BEFORE DESIGN CAN BEGIN, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE PROVIDED:
- Wix/shopify account login information (email and password) / Domain setup and login information
- A Monthly Plan (this can be monthly or annually). If you need help with this, please let me know.
- All wording for website TYPED out and emailed in a clear and concise document. Do NOT send information hand-written by you.

Due to the nature of the services offered CXMGRAPHICS does not provide refunds. Under no circumstances will there be any refunds once draft concepts are sent out. If you (client) decide you no longer want to continue the design process and decide to cancel at your own discretion, you will forfeit your designs and will not be issued a refund.
Refunds will only be issued at the designers discretion and by purchasing this service you (client) are agreeing to this no refund policy.
